Booking cancellation terms
This is how the business refunds a cancelled booking. Which terms apply depends on the booking dates.
- 1 day before or earlier 100% refunded
- later than every threshold 0% refunded
«- Overweight rider must be canceled with 100% Charged on the day of the tour. - 100% Charged for cancellation made on 24 hr before the tour.»
The wording is the host's own and is shown as written, without translation
The standard terms apply when no day of the booking falls in a season. If even one day touches a season, the whole booking follows the seasonal terms; if it touches two, the first one. You see the terms on the listing and at checkout, and they are saved with the booking — later edits by the host do not change them. Cancellation terms do not apply to long-term contracts: their money does not go through the service.
