About the event
For its tenth anniversary, PRU brings together the chefs, producers, friends and ideas that have shaped its Phuket story. The programme unfolds across six chapters of shared tables and collaborations, with names including Chef Riley, Haoma, Catch and Co., Wana Yook, SYRCO BASÈ, La Crique, HEH, Thai Library, SÖL, JAMPA, Royd and Kása Palma. The week closes with a final gathering at the PRU farm.

PRU is Phuket's only Michelin-starred restaurant, holding one Michelin star plus a Green Star, serving tasting menus only from an open kitchen focused on seasonal, local Thai ingredients.
