A four-hands dinner by Chef Tammasak of SUAY Group and Chef Top of SÔL, built around a set menu of inventive techniques and rich flavours. The courses include Bluefin Akami tuna with Northern Thai spicy tomato relish, crab toast, hamachi crudo, Carabineros and mentaiko cold pasta, and tenderloin steak with Indian butter curry sauce. Dessert brings pavlova with lychee sorbet, followed by Asian petit fours, with a welcome cocktail included.

Alchemy Dining is a stylish restaurant in Bang Tao serving modern Asian cuisine with strong Japanese-Thai character, featuring a separate tasting room for private events. Chef Tammasak "Noi" Chootong is a Phuket-based chef and founder of SUAY Group, trained in Europe and resident chef on Iron Chef Thailand; Chef Top is a Thai chef from Phuket known for his work at Mia in Bangkok who returned to open SÔL Phuket near Bang Tao.
