About the event
An acroyoga jam on the wellness deck above the bar at Selina Serenity in Rawai. The practice combines traditional yoga and partner acrobatics with lifts. The session is divided into two blocks: the first part is tailored for beginners, and the second is designed for advanced participants.

Selina Serenity Rawai is a beachfront resort on Rawai Beach; a donation-based jam on the wellness deck. Acroyoga is partner acrobatics — the first part is for beginners, and no partner is needed.
