About the event
Chef Im of JAMPA, Chef Mond of ROYD and Chef Oat of HEH team up at Pru Jampa Farm for PRU's 10th Anniversary Week. It is a one-off lunch menu built on fresh farm produce and open fire. Mond cooks refined Southern Thai food, Im works with seasonal local ingredients and zero-waste principles, and Oat brings Melbourne-influenced cooking to Andaman seafood. The lunch is at HiDEAWAY by JAMPA, seats are limited and booking is open.

HiDEAWAY by JAMPA is an open-air farm-to-table dining venue in rural Thalang, with live-fire cooking and a zero-waste concept. Im of JAMPA, Mond of ROYD and Oat of HEH are Phuket chefs: Mond is Phuket-born and cooks Southern Thai food, Oat spent nearly a decade cooking in Melbourne. PRU 10th Anniversary Week is a multi-day culinary celebration with guest chefs and farm events in Phuket.
