Moonshine rings in the New Year with an Old Hollywood feel: a red carpet, flashing lights, chandeliers and live jazz. Frankie Hong’s Trio plays through the midnight countdown, and table packages pair sparkling drinks with oysters and caviar.

Moonshine is a prohibition-era speakeasy-style gastropub and jazz lounge on Lagoon Road. Frankie Hong’s Trio performs jazz and swing standards; its frontman is known as Asia’s Frank Sinatra. New Year's Eve marks the final day of the Gregorian calendar year.
