About the event
A wine dinner at Alchemy Dining pairing Tuscan wines from Avignonesi with a set menu by Chef Tammasak. Five courses, each with its own wine: Spanish red prawn with dashi-infused tomato, pan-seared foie gras on homemade brioche with berries, a mushroom and truffle soup served cappuccino-style, then house-smoked duck breast or dry-aged Andaman sea bass, and a baked cheesecake with matcha vanilla sauce to finish. Live music plays through the evening; it is run with Boozia Distribution, seats are limited and booking is required.
