About the event
Patong's largest market and one of the few venues on the island with a programme of its own: free concerts and music festivals run here regularly. Alongside the covered bazaars there's a food court of grills and pad Thai, plus an entertainment zone of sixty-plus open-air thatched bars with parties, match screenings, pool, darts. Open from morning, though it only really comes alive after dark.

OTOP is a big tourist night market in Patong: rows of souvenirs, a food court and an open stage; people come to eat and wander rather than for the programme.
