About the event
For one night, chef Hamish Allen from the one-Michelin-starred Aulis Phuket takes over the kitchen at Mrs B. The menu moves from truffle pudding and mackerel tartare with fermented cucumber to BBQ cabbage with wasabi emulsion and black garlic, mushroom-stuffed chicken, and jasmine rice pudding; a welcome drink is included. Seats are limited.
