About the event
A free-movement practice that combines breath, music and improvisation to help you reconnect with your body. There is no choreography and no pressure, just you, the music and the freedom to move however feels right. Marie, who teaches somatic movement, leads the session at BREATHE Phuket. Only nine spots are open, booking is via WhatsApp, and BREATHE members get a lower rate.

BREATHE Phuket is a thermal wellness sanctuary in Choen Thale with a Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunges, mineral hot baths and an open-air pool. Marie has already led dance and wellness sessions at BREATHE Phuket.
