Steak Night Fridays

The 300g slow-smoked picanha is carved in the kitchen and served with two sauces to choose from—peppercorn or onion gravy, then Nahm Jim Jaew or chimichurri—and either shoestring fries or SōL Cos Salad. For dessert, pineapple flambé with coconut-yogurt espuma, lime and chilli salt is set alight right at the table. DJ Saint Teresa plays an Afrobeats set; pre-booking comes with a glass of red, and a table of four gets a whole bottle. Château d’Armens Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2016 is available as a bottle upgrade.
