About the event
ETNA brings together the chefs behind Local Canteen Phuket, SŌL Phuket, Five Olives Phuket and ETNA for a tasting menu shaped by Asian and European influences. Dishes include hamachi crudo with Phuket pineapple nahm jim, poached salmon with oyster emulsion, and lamb striploin with shiso and beetroot; an afterparty follows dinner.

ETNA is a family-friendly lakeside restaurant with a terrace and a children's playroom. Chef Top is a Thai chef from Phuket known for his work at Mia in Bangkok; Chef Luca Brozzu leads ETNA's culinary direction.
