About the event
A production by Malina Theatre Studio based on Sławomir Mrożek’s play, directed by Artemiy Degtyaryov. Two widows meet in a restaurant and mourn their husbands, but the story soon moves beyond grief into love, infidelity, jealousy and rivalry. A taciturn waiter, sparkling wine, accidental confessions and a stranger in black set the scene for absurdist black comedy, with sharp dialogue, a passionate dance in the palm of Death and a touch of immersive theatre.
