About the event
Porto de Phuket is supporting Phuket’s annual Vegetarian Festival by donating drinking water to nine shrines: Jui Tui Shrine, Bang Neow Shrine, Kiew Tien Keng Shrine, Sapam Shrine, Tha Ruea Shrine, Sam Kong Shrine, Cherngtalay Shrine, Pasak Shrine and Bangku Shrine. The contribution is intended to help preserve a long-standing Phuket tradition.

Porto de Phuket is an open-air shopping and dining destination with abundant green space. Porto de Phuket also hosts open-air community events and food festivals. The Phuket Vegetarian Festival is a nine-day annual religious event rooted in Chinese Taoist tradition, associated with spiritual cleansing and local shrines.
