Alchemy Phuket presents a Tommasi wine dinner built around a course-by-course menu: hotate scallop and Gillardeau oyster, Andaman crab taco, bak kut teh, and a cheese platter. The main course is a choice of charcoal-grilled Wagyu tenderloin or dry-aged red snapper, with each course paired with a Tommasi wine. The dinner is presented in collaboration with BB&B.
