About the event
A guided sound healing session takes place on the Wellness Deck at Selina Beach Club, using Tibetan and crystal bowls, drums, chimes and gong. The practice is designed to ease stress, restore inner balance and lead into deep relaxation.

Selina Serenity Rawai is a beachfront resort on Rawai Beach in the south of the island, which regularly hosts wellness activities such as yoga.
