About the event
An open aerobics session is held at Dragon Plaza as part of the Sunday walking street market. Everyone is welcome to join regardless of skill level. It is a great opportunity to move your body, get healthy, and make new friends.

Dragon Plaza at Lard Yai is a large event space located in the historic heart of Phuket Old Town. Phuket Walking Street (Lard Yai) is a weekly Sunday night market held along historic Thalang Road in Phuket Old Town featuring food, crafts, and performances. Lard Yai Sunday Walking Street is a weekly street market held every Sunday evening since 2013 against a backdrop of historic Sino-Portuguese architecture.
