About the event
An evening at BLIC in Rawai built around six wines and six Thai-inspired canapés. The pours run from an Australian Sauvignon Blanc and Argentine Torrontés to California Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, an Argentine Malbec and a Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. The canapés include tom yum prawn, mini pad thai, massaman chicken, khao kluk kapi, Thai basil beef and panang pork, all taken from BLIC's menu in tasting-size portions. The sequence moves from fresh and aromatic wines to rich and structured ones. Seats are limited and registration is by QR code.
