Dara Cuisine hosts Esan Kaya for one evening, with Chef Moo of Jikia Restaurant—Thikhamporn Srikamhang—serving a menu celebrating the bold flavours of Isan. Guest-shift bartender Khun Max, also named as Phuwadon Sittirung, brings the creative mixology, with Amazzoni Gin and Baldoria; a food-only option is also available.

Dara Cuisine is a contemporary Thai restaurant serving dishes made with local, seasonal produce, with an on-site observatory for stargazing. Phuwadon Sittirung is a guest bartender and co-founder of Olympus Khonkaen, known for his cocktails and guest shifts around Thailand.
