About the event
A Halloween afternoon at Fahrenheit Wellness Center in Chalong built around two activities: an Ice Bath Challenge running through the whole window, with prizes up for grabs, and a BodyCombat class in the middle of it. The rest is a relaxed festive mood with the centre's wellness community, and costumes are welcome but optional. Registration at reception comes first.
Programme:
14:00–18:00 Halloween Ice Bath Challenge — test your limits and compete for prizes
15:00–16:00 Halloween BodyCombat Class — an energetic, rhythm-driven workout
