About the event
The temple will hold its annual Kathina ceremony, with an offering of robes to monks. Funds will be raised for repairs to monastery buildings; the ceremony begins at 09:30.

Wat Thep Kasattri, also known as Wat Ban Don, is in Thalang and is considered Phuket’s oldest temple. Kathina is an annual Buddhist ceremony in which robes are offered to monks.
