About the event
Strength and technique are only part of fighting: this workshop for fighters focuses on reaction, attention, balance, coordination, adapting to unexpected movements and making decisions under pressure. Participants will test their reactions, identify weak points and learn exercises to work into their fight training. All proceeds go to Beluga School Orphanage to support children—and yes, there will be pumpkins.

Ludus is a sports complex in Chalong with eight training zones for Muay Thai, boxing, MMA and functional fitness. Ludus is a training complex and camp in Chalong offering martial arts and group fitness classes.
