About the event
In Srisunthorn, a procession carrying offerings to the temple marks the southern Thai Tenth Month tradition of honoring ancestors and deceased relatives. It travels from Lipon Bangkok Road to Wat Srisunthorn, with merit-making also taking place at Wat Tha Ruea and Wat Manik. The celebration is presented as a way to carry on the area’s cultural heritage.
