About the event
“Awakening of Body and Voice” is a training built around movement, breath and voice — releasing tension, sensing the body and allowing the voice to sound freely. It will be led by Elena Sheshegova, a psychology graduate and dance-movement therapist, and Marisabel, a singer and top-category vocal teacher.
