About the event
This weekly BREATHE wellness programme combines red light therapy, sound healing and massage with a full-day facility pass. It runs five times in September, with each session limited to six guests.

BREATHE is a thermal wellness complex in Cherngtalay with a 90°C Finnish sauna, 3°C cold-immersion pools, hot mineral pools and an open-air pool.
