About the event
An outdoor morning body practice in Rama IX Park, combining movement, breathing and gentle work with the body to bring more ease to the back and neck, freedom of movement and clarity of mind. It is led by Nikita, a bodywork practitioner with medical training who has been working since 2021.

King Rama IX Park is Phuket Town's largest park, with open lawns, a lake and free outdoor fitness areas.
