About the event
Alchemy Phuket presents a five-course dinner paired with wines from Veneto, moving from sparkling Prosecco to rich Amarone. The menu includes chutoro yukke, foie gras pâté, truffle and mushroom cappuccino, dry-aged duck breast or baked cod, and banoffee cheesecake with Phuket kopi ice cream, in collaboration with GFOUR.
