About the event
Wat Kitti Sangkharam will host an annual Kathina ceremony. The community offers new robes and donations to monks after Buddhist Lent as part of this tradition.

Wat Kitti Sangkharam, also known as Wat Kata, is an active Buddhist temple in the eastern part of Kata. Karon Municipality is the local government body for the Kata and Karon areas. Kathina Festival is a traditional Buddhist observance and an annual offering of robes and other gifts to the monastic community.
