The Gaja selection includes Ca' Marcanda Vista Mare, Promis Toscana and Brunello di Montalcino Pieve Santa Restituta, along with Barolo grappa. Italian canapés and finger food accompany the wines, which are poured by the glass. Live jazz comes from Ramil on keys and vocals, and Tom on sax.
