About the event
SOL is serving a Sunday roast built around bottomless mains: roast ribeye with braised red cabbage, crispy pork belly with apple compote, roasted chicken with pea purée, or roast lamb leg with sweet potato. Free-flow sides include Yorkshire pudding, glazed carrots, cauliflower with cheese, duck-fat potato pavé, peas with bacon and white cabbage. A set menu with a snack, starter and dessert can be added, alongside a matching free-flow drinks package, with DJ Anton Chill on music.
