About the event
At Breathe wellness spa in Phuket, sound healing sessions are combined with red light therapy. Participants lie inside individual red light pods listening to crystal and Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, and Koshi chimes. The package includes a welcome coconut, a one-hour massage of your choice, and access to the thermal spa facilities.

BREATHE Phuket is a thermal wellness spa in Cherngtalay with 90°C Finnish sauna, 3°C cold-immersion pools, hot mineral soaking pools, yoga and Pilates classes. Carla leads yoga classes and wellness sessions in Phuket.
