About the event
Settle into a hammock or onto a yoga mat at Ona Active Studio and listen to live sounds from crystal bowls, handpan, flutes, jaw harp, didgeridoo, ocean drum and the ocean. The practice is described as a way to feel weightless, deeply relax and take a small journey inward.
